Unlike standard screen printing which imprints images on the surface of a plate, Aluscreen technology screens the ink directly into the pores of the aluminum. The plate is then sealed so the image is permanent and can survive even the harshest environmental and working conditions.

Properties:
- Resistant to the outdoor elements including sun, rain, snow, heat and wind
- UV and fade resistant
- Abrasion and scratch resistant
- Resistant to chemicals, solvents, grease and gasoline
- Graffiti-resistant (paint and ink can be removed with solvents)
- Corrosion and salt water resistant
- Can withstand temperatures up to 500°F / 260°C
