Quote requests can be made online using our Request a Quote Form or by calling one of our Customer Service Representatives Toll Free at 1.866.350.5678 or 780.465.6855. We can also be reached by fax at 780.466.8398. Alternatively you can e-mail your requirements to us at sales@scanplast.net and attach any relevant artwork files (.pdf, .eps, .ai or .cdr formats).

Our goal is to turn around quotes within 24 hours.

Delivery and Shipping

ScanPlast makes it a priority to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery schedules vary and will be discussed upon receipt of your order. Please inform us of any schedules and deadlines when you place your order. Additional charges might be incurred for rush orders.

ScanPlast ships orders according to customer specifications. We can also make arrangements for delivery via UPS, Tiger Express, Greyhound and other couriers.

Payment Options

ScanPlast accepts VISA, MasterCard, Money Orders and company checks. At present we are not offering online payment. All orders shipped within Canada are subject to 5% GST, however no PST charges apply. US orders are tax exempt. Canadian orders are subject to 5% GST however no PST charges apply.
